Talking Looks or Numbers? (Ohms)

This is for my 8GB Creative ZEN...
Should i get The:
Behrhinger High-Definition DJ Headphones HPX2000
or The Super cool looking:
iFrogz EarPollution DJ Style On-Ear Stereo Headphones - Hustle

Overall i want the better sounds so for the ZEN,

its HPX2000: at 64 ohms and 110Db, 20-20k hz, STransparent highs, HiDef Bass and U-Dynamic frequency range...

OR iFrogs: 32 Ohms, 120 Db/-3 Db sensitivity, 30hz-20k hz, and chrome accents, 51 mm speaker driver...

I really dont understand the Ohms sensitivity Db stuff, can someone enlighten me? (And recommend the headphones)

$30 can get you a Sennheiser PX100 or a HD201/HD202.
