Can't seem to register on Cowon website.Any ideas where i am going wrong???/

Have just bought a D2(DAB type) but cannot get myself registered properly on the website.

1. Your current JetAudio name : "I PUT IN D2"

2. iAUDIO JetShell Serial No : "I PUT IN ****-****-****-**** SERIAL NO OFF OF INSTALL CD GIVEN WITH D2.

- CW100, CW100S:CW100-ABCDEFGH-100R (Total 19 characters including "-")
- CW200,CW250,CW300,iAUDIO 4,M3, U2, G3, 5, X5 :
ABCD-EFGH-IJKL-MNOP (Total 19 characters including "-")


3. iAUDIO Product Serial No.: "I PLACE THE 12 DIGIT SERIAL NO. FOUND ON THE BACK OF THE D2"
- Just iAUDIO M3, U2, G3 user input.

4. iAUDIO Firmware Version: "AS INSTALLED 4.57"

Everytime i click rregister it says i have "INVALID JETSHELL SERIAL NUMBER!"

Anyone lnow what i am doing wrong?
I know my serial numbers etc are right as i have double checked.
