Default Audiobook help!!

I've got an Walkman A series and cannot work out how to fast forward through an audiobook file, so if I wanted to go to 1 hour into the audiobook how do I do it other than keep my finger on the forward button whilst he file slowly counts up to 1 hour? Also does the Walkman A series remember the Playback Position? What I've found is that if I stop listening to an audiobook on the Walkman and listen to a couple of songs then go back to listening to the audiobook instead of it starting from where I left off it goes all the way back to the beginning

Thanks

Suspect you would get more help in the Walkman section.

Maybe a helpful mod will move it for you. Any mods around???

One thing you can try is pausing the player and then hitting and holding the forward button. When the player is paused, it will fast forward/rewind through the track at a rate of about 1 minute per second, versus about 4 seconds per second when fast forwarding/rewinding when the file is playing.

Just rang Sony CS to ask about the ability for the Walkman A829K to 'Remember Playback Position' when it comes to listening to long tracks such as audiobook tracks and was told that it CAN'T!!!!!!

I can't understand why Sony have omitted to include this most basic of functions. This basically makes using this Walkman for listening to audiobooks practically useless
