It's a children's summer camp by the Austrian Socialist Party, built in 1951 and in use until 1975. Then it got closed down, and from the 1980s to 2001 parts of the complex were used as a refugee camp. It's been fully derelict for a decade now.

Sylt, well, the piano was still making some noise, but the frame already dissolved from the damp air, and the key/hammer action was beyond repair, I guess. Too bad.
