Recommend a player for use with Beyond TV recordings and audio listening?

I use Beyond TV and I need to buy a new player. I am considering a zune, samsung p3 and cowon s9 among others. I am open to suggestions.

I want something that will play files recorded from Beyond TV with little to no conversion, or a quick conversion using the beyond tv software showsqueeze.

I also want decent sound, and will be using v-moda vibe earbuds and a line out to my vehicle for listening. I would LOVE some kind of included speaker.

Minimum screen size approx. 3 inches.

Minimum storage 30 GB

would like support for FLAC but not strictly necessary
