Firmware Lafleur v3.07

it is possible to download the firmware for Samsung T10 Lafleur v.3.07 with Chaplin GUI. This version is for UMS devices.

hi! are there any new improvements in v3.07 over v3.06? i'm currently using 3.06KR MSC and v3.07 is not yet listed in the "all samsung firmwares" thread.. thanks!

Hi,
I don't know exactly the differencies beetwen 3.06 and 3.07 version of korean firmware.
I found that version while I was visiting the korean site of Samsung.
At this link you can find all the GUI v.3.0.7 for T10 (both Lafleur and MSC):

Didn't have enough time to try this new firmware, but I checked the new files, and compared them with the 3.06 version. (Hex editor)
Well, it appears that :

The RSC (= ressource ?) files are exactly the same. No differences.
Only the ROM file has changed. It is a little bigger on this 3.07 version.

Also, you may notice that the name of the firmware has changed. On 3.06, it was named "T10.RSC", but instead we have now "T10V.RSC"

So, without having installed this firware, I suppose nothing extraordinary is to be found. But I may be wrong. so if someone could confirm...

i just installed the new firmware and indeed there were no noticeable changes (well, as far as i know)... the only thing i noticed is that the welcome screen has now changed from "hiya sammy" to La'Fleur T10 display with the floral background.. aside from that nothing seems to be different.. My firmware now shows 3.07 KV 2008.7.1 (what's KV tho? i was expecting it to be KR)..

Ive tried the firmware lafleur-chaplin 3.07.
I can confirm that the welcome screen with Sammy the dog is changed with a floreal one.
In addiction, at the menu settings in your T10, you can choose among 4 Menu Styles available (lafleur, chaplin, pendant, my skin), while previously there were only 3 Menu Styles available (sammy, pendant, my skin).
If you like the dog, at the link that ive posted there are other GUI available, for example:

Both KR and KV are MSC korean firmwares.
KV is used for a special version of T10 bought only in korean market.

Always change your MTP one to MSC/UMS unless you are in the EU and need the RDS..

MSC offers extra options like Lyrics and No DRM, and the T10 works like a USB stick.

Any MTP T10 can be changed to a MSC one, its not a hardware thing.
