Sansa Media Converter will not uninstall

My Sansa Media Converter would not work so I decided to uninstall it. However, a message would pop up and say that Sansa Media Converter is already installed and if I would like to reinstall it. I said ok and then it would say its failed. I only wanted to uninstall it but I can't. Please tell me how I can get rid of this annoying problem. Thanks.

Are you removing it through Add/Remove programs, or are you running the installer again?
