Several errors/issues with ZEN

Well, im not so good in english but im gonna try to explain my problem.

Since 2 months my zen dont acept musics. I tried use the Zen Media Explorer to add musics but after the transfer of musics to mp3 it says "Unknown Error", i tried too, copy the musics directly to path of musics in zen but it says some error, i dont remember what it says.

Tried format 6 times through zen media explorer but i dont know wtf happens because, mp3 reboots but all data still there. And i tried to format one more time and now it says the disk dont have more space. but how? if i have 7 gb free?

anyway, i downloaded the mp3 recovery tool, and when upgrade finishes it says "Upgrade Failed". Well i tried the recovery menu but when i turn on and press Play, he shutdown but if i turn on without pressing Play he dont turn off.


Well, thats it. Hope somebody help me.

Forget the part when try to go to recovery mode. Now it works fine. But deleting the files and they still there isnt fixed and need your help, guys!!

C'mon is anyone here who knows how fix this? Maybe BobbyRS?
