Unhappy Battery

I've had a Zen Sleek Photo 20GB for about four years now. The battery life was never brilliant and has slowly diminished. Charging it overnight leaves it with the full bar of battery: however this normally runs out within an hour, maximum two hours. Skipping tracks wipes it out extremely fast. Is this is a fault with the player, or is the (original) battery just completely knackered? If so, is a new battery needed and where would I be able to buy one, and for what price?

PS actually, how much would a replacement/equivalent player be??

clashcc welcome to abi, hope you enjoy your stay and there is lots of great info on zen's to be found here

The battery is almost dead after 4 years, you need a new one and btw 4 years is a good life span. The zen micro photo battery sells around $17 to $23 or more on the net, example:

Default Sleek battery

Over the past few years I have accumulated several Sleek batteries. I don't want them to go to waste so you'd be welcome to a couple, gratis. Let me know and I'll see about getting them to you.
