E250 some movies do not work

Hey.

I have E250, and I have a problem with it, So I got it on Recovery mode and Formatt it, I install something called "e200fw01.00.12.exe" its worked E250 got formatted and worked, but there is a problem with videos, some videos work and some not, If a movie/clip not working its write Use Sansa Media Converter or something like that.
The problem is i'm using Sansa Media Converter, before i formatted and install "e200fw01.00.12.exe" all was prefect all the videos worked.
Its like I cannot put "heavy" (300/200 MB on .avi formatt) on it, but its got space its not full.
Should I change anything at settings or something so all the videos will work?
(The videos come at .flv then i Converter with a program to .avi and then i use Sansa Media Converter to make it .mov)
