where do i go to learn how to write a flash uci?

so nobody anywhere has given me a straight answer so this is my last hope:
where do i go to learn how to write a flash uci for an DAP like the spinn or the s9 that wont cost me alot of money and is there SDK's for either of these players

you need to learn flash actionscript 2.0
theres many tutorials on the web on actionscript, etc
and you should consider learning fireworks, photoshop or any image authoring tools to create your own images

cowon actually supply a bunch of 'basic' .fla file from which you can add, edit your own stuff

as to what software to use
i recommend adobe flash for flash authoring
and adobe fireworks for image editing
but they are really pricey
but you can always get them for less
