Cool Phonaks on the D2+

Hey I'm no audiophile but I want my music to sound really good. I'm pretty sure the phonaks will sound great with everything but I'm not sure about the bass. Is there a cheaper amp that could up the bass a bit (If it's needed)?

The BBE Mach3Bass on the D2 should give you all the bass you need.

Thanks, I'll see if I can pick one up after i get the D2+ headphones. Is there a special cord I need with them because I've seen a lot of people with these big thick cords connecting the amp to the MP3 player. Sorry I'm new to all of this high end stuff.

P.S. If you know better headphones under $150 then the Phonaks please tell.

Err, sorry for the confusion... Mach3Bass is a software bass enhancement built into the D2+ firmware. It sounds very nice, and should give the Phonaks all the bass you need.

This thread gave me an idea. There should really be a jetaudio amp... with bbe effects built right in. At least there should be a Mach3Bass switch built in. That would be nice
