This is my first post.

I have the same problem. I love to tinker with my electronics, so when I saw two partitions I just deleted both to see what would happen.

Anyways, I've been fallowing that guide, and it's very helpful. I do have some problems though.

First off, when I first run the 'lsusb' command in the terminal, it lists the device as "SanDisk Corp. Sansa C200 series in recovery mode".

I notice that recovery mode is not shown in the above tutorials screenshot.

So that's my first clue that something is different in my case.

Then, I try to run the e200tool, and it complete successfully in the terminal, but the Sansa logo never appears, and the 16mb partition is never mounted.

Thanks for any help.
