Official Zune Screen Repair $79
Microsoft is now offering a screen repair for second generation devices 4/8/16 and 80/120. This will cover the glass, LCD, or both for $79- this includes shipping both ways. This takes around 6-10 business days and you can contact Zune tech support for this service.
Nice to have an official repair place...
