Computer isn't recongnizing S30

Hi, I have been using my s30 with wmp11 and mediamonkey for a while with absolutely no problem, but last month my computer crashed and I had to reload my operating system. now my computer won't even recognize that there is another drive plugged in. it beeps when I initially plug it in but thats about it. I have wmp 11 installed. I can't seem to find any support at all for the s30 or any drivers and I'm not sure what to do.
