Here's the scenario. I have had my P2 since SUnday. I recently connected and my computer would not recognize it. I went to device manager and clicked update driver on it. It would then show up in My Comuter for about 30 seconds and go away and the little yellow exclamation point would show up next to the P2 again. I called Samsung, they have never heard of this before and have no idea what to do. SO, I restored my system to before I installed the MP3 Player. It works now, but I'm worried that it might not last. Is there an update I need? Any ideas?
You can understand how frustrating this is. Edit: Specs: COMPUTER: XP Pro SP3 MP3 Player: BB 5.09 |

Rather than update driver, click uninstall driver. When it's done, unplug it. Download the latest version of WMP11 and then plug it back in. It should work now, hopefully.

Equally effective assuming you have a restore point before you first plugged in your P2.

I did. Luckily. Unluckily, my sewage pipe just burst. How charming? NOT!
