Very nice UCI but Korean

Hi, can anybody modify this skin ? If you press + you'll see it's Korean. I figured this out:
1st one: 'sleep mode'
2nd one: 'shut down'
3rd one: 'Change skin'
4rd one: 'go to Music'
5th one: is grey, so I can't use it. I think it's Dictionairy so you can delete it.'
