For some strange reason I really don't want to buy an i-pod touch, but I'm looking for a pretty-good all encompassing mp3 player with a variety of games and applications. I'm been looking at the Samsung P2, (I would wait for the P3 though), the Archos 605, and the Iriver Spinn. $200 is roughly the price area I'm looking for, and also, a touchscreen would be nice.
So basically, what mp3 has a variety of interesting games and applications? Thanks. |

Buy a Cowon D2 4gb with an 16gb SDHC card then buy a Nintendo DS. No MP3 player has any worthwhile games really and you will end up paying a good sum of money per game with the iTouch so you may as well get a dedicated mp3 player and a dedicated portable games console.
It's what I do and I love it. DS is the best handheld I've ever had. |

well, if you dont mind bad audio quality, i guess you could get a psp...
it plays games, have a great homebrew community with loads of apps, and it plays music and movies and stuff...
