Default a warning about firmware upgrades

Your database and all the files get deleted. Just lost a couple of recorded lectures

If you upgrade from 2.57 to 2.59, you can omit the "0" folder and drop both "1" and "2" at the same time onto the D2 - that way the memory doesn't get formatted. This doesn't work with upgrades from earlier versions.
