Need Help... First day using P2

I was playing around with my P2 and when I was in the menu settings I selected what I believe is the "my style" menu. Well, now I can't get into my settings anymore! Am I doing something wrong? I've tried 'scrolling' with my finger, tapping, etc. Here is a picture of what it looks like - there are no arrows or anything.
Please help!

slide the lower bar menu left-right or right-left with your finger until you hit the settings icon. i can see it actually on you photo. it's the one on the left, slightly "behind" the movie-icon. then press it and proceed as usual.

I have tried that, but when I slide side to side it just selected either videos, music, or photos (the three selections displayed at the bottom) and it won't slide so I can choose the settings icon.

you aren't supposed to put your finger on the icons itself.
