Gigabeat P series help.

I couldn't find a whole deal of information on the P series, so here goes.

The mp3 player turns on, and stays on the gigabeat loading page. It stays there, and gives an occasional flicker.

The battery is charged to full, so that isn't the issue. When it is 'loading' I have tried pressing the reset button, but all that does is turn it off.

If you have any idea what the problem is, or how to fix it, please let me know.
