hmm I'm afraid I wouldn't know the date of its completion. However, I think if it extends much longer than I wish, I'll probably set out a beta run.
Sorry for the delays

Santoki, I just wanted to ask, if when your latest tutorial comes out, there will be a sort of do-it-yourself game that we saw in the saving data in flash tutorial (TouchTag). If so could you be so kind as to post the finished one you do here so we can all exprience the first G-sensor game for the S9. I understand it will only be small but it uses the G-sensor none the less.
Thank!

Default it's up!

@Tezmin556

It's up!

I've included two files.
One is a really basic file that simply tells the user where the sensor "senses." It's basic enough that anyone can tweak it without dissecting through so many codes.

The other file consists of a fun little sim-like ball that you can play around with. The three variables you can play with is the fall speed (gravity), friction (roll), and bounce_power (power after hitting boundary).

Hope that post was helpful.

Nice one, will you be making any games that utilize this?

@Tezmin556

You see, this is the problem I was facing. The cowon s9 can only respond to the 45 degree changes.

That's why I've added a small physics engine into the game to have a little fluidity during its movement to make the illusion of small movement effects.

Unfortunately if the G-Sensor is not upgradeable by firmware, we will be unable to change the object according to small tilts and changes.

Here's a fun setting to play around with that requires less accuracy..
-.3 (or lower) gravity.

This creates the illusion that the ball floats (balloon or a floating ball on water).

Atually since Cowon released there note pad people have been saying "It's not very good for creating notes" and it's been compared to ms paint. So i think a text writer with a querky keyboard would be a plus.

The Cowon game Hunter uses the g-sensor perfectly. Have you worked out how or anything.

@ Tezmin556

Yea I think I just sent you a password with it too

For those who don't know I made an alpha game utilizing the newly made g-sensor. However, I would really wait just a few more days when the real beta arrives.

Yeah, it's actually quite fun. Small learning curve and it's fun to literally run circles around the enemy ships. I hope you plan to develop this game further.

I really like this game, and spend wayy more time on it than I should! I can't wait for the next update. Thanks so much for making this. Do you by any chance have any other game ideas you would like to share with us? Might I suggest a new thread where people can post their ideas for new games as well as improvements to current works?
