hmm.. this is pretty interesting. i the only problem i encountered with the program so far was saving =/
kinda bummed out since i was able to edit the pictures and got excited but then lost my work

good luck on developing! =D

oh and im using windows 7 beta if that might make a difference =]

If you can copy and paste the text of the error or take a screenshot, that would help greatly.
It might be the windows 7 beta (Haven't tested it, just using Vista), but I don't want to take the easy way out and just say it's not Win7 compatible >.>

on some uci there is a folder that has the power on/off screens and its essentially 15 pictures

and mrincognito, it works now!. idk what i did but i just restarted in a couple times and pinned it to my taskbar.. didn't know that would make a difference lol

Yeah, image importing got kinda broken when I changed it to boost the encoding and decoding speeds. I'm working on a fix for that.
The power on/off "override" sections only appear in Emodio-created UCIs, and according to Joco, they don't actually change anything.

Now that IS odd. Did you leave any of the fields in the Details screen empty?

hmm well there were boxes and symbols and tag was empty.. so when i replaced it with random words in worked!

Yeah, I read that. I'll implement those in the next version. I don't know what the colors and images do for sure, which is why I'm asking for your guys' help.

EDIT: Finally built up the courage to test these things myself. I can't figure out what the other colors do, either, but I did find out something interesting. Trying to mix and max formats for a certain type of image (I don't know why you'd want to >.>) can cause rendering errors in other images of the same type. I guess it tries to interpret them as the same format and fails.

testing yourself would give you the best information since you would know what you are looking for. I sure an UCI can't mess up the P2 only like that.

i've tried removing the Selection bar(rectangular thingie) and change the color of selected item to something that stands out to give me a cleaner look. but the P2 rewrites the text again with bigger font over the small unselected one. So i guess we are stuck with that selection rectangle

Question, the play back and forward buttons, do those affect now playing music screen?
No power on and off changes can be made now?

As far as I know, those play back and forward buttons only affect the video screen.
According to Joco you can't change the power on/off animation.

i turned my P2 to ipod........very very cool..........I made this by joco tool. You have to try it but i don't know how to delete the select bar with the red banner inside...i will try more to make it work

i don't understand ,the woody matrix have many image that i think it doesn't support for any fucntion in the P2...so what 's the role of these image?
And the select bar (red one under the long character), i don't know how to remove i, does any one know this?
