I need some help with an A818 that I bought for my wife.
I have a nwz-a728b that I bought from bestbuy with the rhapsody DNA....and it works great with rhapsody to go. I just bought the a818 (from circuit city), and I can't get it to transfer the rhapsody to go songs. I keep getting an "insufficient rights" error message everytime I try to synch something over. I have authorized the device, licensed, set the date/time etc., but I can't get it to work. Any help??? Could the software/firmware on the player differ depending on where you bought it (circuit city vs. amazon, etc)? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Go into the common settings and reset and reformat the player. Then try to see if this has helped. Keep us posted. As for me, I've never used ANY sub service. But the Sony players sometimes need a reset and reformat when new to function as planned.
