Default D2 Headphones
Just picked up a D2. I assuming the headphones are not that great that come with it, so I'm looking for some suggestions on in-ear headphones I could pickup that would provide the best sound compatibility with the D2, without being "overkill". That is, I don't have an issue spending some $$ on headphones, but only up to the point of diminishing returns (i.e. don't want to pay too much for for minimal improvements in sound).

Thanks, great sources of information.

My musical tastes are rock, alternative rock and classical rock.

As stated, I own the D2. I'd spend up to $200 for a pair of headphones, and enjoy a well-balanced sound between bass and treble (I owned a pair of SE310s with an Ipod Touch, and really enjoyed that).

So could anyone narrow down the multitude of choices for me based on my preferences above?

I am enjoying my Phonak's, unfortunately (or fortunately) I bought a pair of Vibe's just two weeks before the Phonak's but now I have two good pairs on IEMs

I'm using a pair of sennheiser IE8 which I am quite impressed with so far. That said, I haven't been using other higher end IEM's though. Bought the IE8's based on some reviews placing them somewhat between UE10 and shure530 soundwise, but less expensive and really comfortable.

I can not wait for my FiiO E5 to show up, but as I have upgraded (even before receiving it) to a XM4 they should sound even better.
