Yes. Whenever I shake my D2 around (not hard mind you) I feel an odd sense of something inside moving, not a lot but enough to worry me. I've had the D2 for 2 months and it has never been dropped. Have any of you experienced this. Hopefully its just a bit of something secured only by solder that is a little flimsy.

it could be the battery is loose has some other people had the same problem.

hmm, maybe but the shifting doesn't do anything so I probably shouldn't worry. Nice to know it's not just me.

try squeezing the case together, mine popped open a bit when i dropped it once, and the innards shifted around slightly, i just popped it back together

Its most likely the battery. I've had them do that to me, doesn't effect the life of anything of the player, just moves around a little. If you want you could take it apart and stick the battery back with some double sided tape, but be careful to not strip the screws, as Cowon's screws strip easily.
