Purchasing Zune 4/8

I am going to purchase the Zune 4/8 and I've been searching up.
I've seen some of the Zune MP3 Players with a nice engraving design on the back.
Does Zune sell that in stores or do we have to buy it online?
Or do we have to buy the engraving like IPods.
