Iriver Video Converter doesn't work! :(

hey everyone,

I have an E100 and I would really like to put movies on it so I can watch it on my Iriver. But the thing is, that every time I start the video converter which I got with the product, it crashes. Does anyone know any other video converter I can use to convert my videos?

Also btw, which format can the Iriver e100 play? Do I have to convert to 320x240 AVI? MP4?

When I try to convert for my LPlayer, iriver plus 3 doesn't crash, it just doesn't convert my video. I click the convert button and then it just says "standby" again, instead of "converting." I'm in the same boat.
