How do i completely start new?

So i narrowed my problem. Its with the music folder. if i try to access the music folder on the computer the player disconnects itself and restarts. if i navigate to a song on the device it freezes, the goes into a shutter fade out then restarts. And only one song allow me to play it. it is "fake it" by seether. allthough i dont think the name if the song is important its that just before it became problematic i was listening to that song. I managed ot look into the music folder once and saw a bunck of system files with just one letter like G,H,E and i couldnt delete them because i got an error saying they could not be read. So now my MP3 player is good for anything but playing MP3s. how funny

Run a check disk or scan the Sansa for error. That should fix it.
