Agreed. Although my experience with ordering off of Amazon with free shipping means you need not expect to receive it before the three to four week mark.

3-4 weeks? that's a gross exaggeration. I order a lot from amazon and the longest anything has ever taken was a week. Typically in here in a few days- sometimes next day even.

For me though i will pay a few extra dollars to order from amazon no some shady looking "Complus" store which could be a hassle to return if something was defective. Amazon is amazing for returns- im a total Amazon fanboy... =)

Gross exaggeration for you maybe. I actually have even had one item that took six weeks before I received it. I guess I have just had bad luck every time I have ordered through Amazon. I had sworn them off. I guess I will have to give them another chance.

Many times Amazon has items for sale that aren't available yet. It's only when I've pre-ordered one of those things that there's a 3 to 4 week (or sometimes more) wait. If it's actually Amazon that is carrying it, my "free shipping" orders are almost always delivered within a week, and many time 3 days. Depends on where the weekend is within the shipping period.

As to the product mentioned, can anyone tell me how it REALLY sounds, say compared to a dedicated amp with 2.1 speakers where the .1 is a 10" sub?

The ONLY time my orders were delayed 3-4 weeks from Amazon was when I made the purchase from another seller (through Amazon), and I was pissed. I never had that happen when I ordered DIRECTLY from them. Even my son's HUGE Kettcar arrived in less than a week.

You might not get the super low end of a 10" sub but maybe more comparable to one with an 8" sub. The passive radiator lends well to the low end. It hits hard and its very clean even into the max volume range.

I would really get this but I dunno. There's no built in radio, so I'd have to use the Zune's radio which doesn't get the best reception indoors. It also doesnt have a CD player. If I got it, I would want it to replace my existing CD/Cassette/AM/FM stereo that I currently have in the living room. I can't justify having both, and there's too many times that my fiancee would just like to have the radio on or pop in a CD that she doesn't have ripped to her Zune (not as tech savvy). I this thing would have included all the rest of the typical bells and whistles, it's a slam dunk.

Yep I and a Buddy ordered one from the MS store now if they would just ship the thing been waiting a week, probably a bad time to order during HD Launch week. We've been eying awhile waiting on a price drop. Supposedly a new one is on the horizon. Any confirmation this works with the HD I've heard it does and does'nt. I'll be using it with my 120 anywhoo.. can't wait to get it.

Ok I recieved my Kicker Dock after it's 2 week flight from China. It is amazing as advertized only a small issue. Both the 120 and HD do work in it, but neither fits a template, so you have to use it without a try insert, in the case of the 120 you have to move it around a bit to get a connection, and I'm worried with the vibration that it might wiggle out. Same with the HD which is so light I think it's gonna get ejected right out of there. Otherwise this is a Steller piece of audio equipment.

Can anyone confirm that this units works fully with the Zune HD? I'm interested in buying one now that Kicker will update it for you so it's compatiable.

hey, has anyone had any problems with the kicker? on some amazon reviews it says that it erases the media on the zune. I dont know if its such a good idea to get it if its gonna erase all my music
