Default My P2 Is Froze!!

Today, i was listeing to music and lookin at pictures on my P2, and out of nowhere, as i was goin back to the main menu from the picture browser thing, it suddenly froze! there is this annoying "danngggg" sound coming form the earphones and nothing works! i cant turn it off, cant connect to pc, etc.

what do i do! helppppp (btw, its been an hour since this happened)

Get a pin and push the reset button.

ok ,the thing is i cant get at the reset pin cuz i cant get my stupid crystal case off...
but it ran out of batteries this morning, so i charged it and now its fine,
but nonetheless, (im running 5.10) why would this happen for no apparent reason??

yes i've had random freezes before, mainly when opening some videos it would shit colours all over the screen, fortunately it lets you shut down the player in the space of 2 seconds.

another time when it froze was when it went to that rick astley song, then my player got rickrolled bad and froze, forcing me to reset the thing.

just a bug in the software, nothing out there is going to be perfect and not crash.

Has your computer ever frozen up and crashed? Do you understand why? If so, then please try to apply the same logic to any other device with Integrated Circuits and Operating Software. Computers are subject to the laws of physics like anything else, every once in a while a zero somewhere will become a one and wham bam you have a lockup or crash. Hence the reason why there is even a reset button on the back in the first place.
