They have a warranty - some of us were just a slight bit foolish (I'm referring to myself and the Sony BTW).

fyi, zune originals price is the same as the discount price at bb.

also got verification that my local wal-marts cannot order more 80's and that a 30-day hold on ordering all zunes is in place.
