Hi all. My Zen M has been a dream for nearly 2 years now. However recently I have noticed that my player looses focus when I power on the player. It used to stay on the same song/album if I powered it off, but now it doesn't.
I don't think its a firmware issue, 'cause its already been flashed to the latest. When I get home I am gonna try re-flashing it. It did go through another format/rebuild just recently. I'm thinking the HD is nearing its end-of-life. any thoughts? anyone else had this happend to them? |

I don't exactly understand what you're problem is.
Just taking a wild guess.. you're listening to some music, you turn off your ZVM, you turn on your ZVM, and it's playing a different song from when you turned off your ZVM? If I got it right, it is probably because you're using shuffle. Its a weird bug.

Loses focus? Well, I was thinking of a completely different issue after reading the title of the thread.....
How long are you leaving it off? Are you pausing the file before powering off? What firmware version is installed?
