Can't Upgrade firmware

ok, i think this is a very serious problems, i tried to upgrade firmware 3.7. I did exactly the way you supposed to upgrade firm ware, but when i reboot it said upgrade failed and now, i can't even copy files to my Yp-Z5 in UMS mode, not to mention my computer doesn't recognize it as MTP. i think the firmware is corrupted which i cannot copy files under UMS, so i can't reinstall firm ware, so what should i do

What did you do to fix it?

i right click on the YP-Z5 icon in my computer and then format it.
smart right? when i thought there is no way, i thought i was totaly screw
