Either Jetmall or Jetmall's Amazon store. I just recieved mine from there and a friend just ordered a D2 from Jetmall's Amazon store and had it shipped to Australia. Jetmall's Amazon store is slightly cheaper than their main online store.

i got mine from bhphotovideo as said by JK98. Prices was really really good and it came in under one week (postage wasn't cheap though, but it was reliable)
