Playlist Troubles

I have two folders (one and two) under the music folder. In one I have compilations and in two is a mixture of indie and rock etc. In each folder I have created a playlist just be highlighting all of the files, right-clicking and selecting create playlist. I have left the playlists in each folder alongside the selected mp3's. What I find is that whenever I choose playlist two then playlist one always dominates and takes over. It doesn't seem to regard the folder two playlist at all.

Could somebody please tell me where I'm going wrong? Many thanks...

I solved it myself. I moved the playlists to the playlist folder instead. It works fine now. Not sure why it wouldn't do it before though.
