Default D2 'ghost folder' / browsing issue

I've been experiencing some weirdness with my D2.

I keep seeing the D2 folders getting mixed in with my music folders.

All my albums are in subfolders under the MUSIC folder, but within MUSIC (using the 'folder' browse system) I'm also seeing the RECORD, TEXT, AUDIBLE folders etc.

It gets rather confusing and I'm a bit concerned that this is indicative of wider woes for my D2...

Has anyone experienced similar?

I'm on firmware 2.51, in case that's relevant and I need to upgrade...

Thanks

Upgrade to 2.57 and see if this changes the file structure on the player (it whipes the memory so back up all your music and video files). Link to 2.57:http://www.cowonamerica.com/download/cowon_d2_jsfw.html
2.57 is way more stable than 2.54 so go w/the former.

Forgot to mention that I think this was originally triggered by deleting folders - I delete quite a few albums on the move and the ghost folders started showing up following deletions.

Started it with the D2 folder appearing to duplicate - I had 4 or 5 of them showing up, which eventually disappeared after a reboot or two...

I believe in the future all you need to do is clear the memory and re-load your library to put all back to normal. It's just best to update to 2.57 as it's the best, most stable FW to date. D2 can be a fickle beast though!

PS: @SansaRules83 - GHOST BUSTERS !!!!
