No it isn't possible. If you need GPS, you best bet is to buy a phone with a GPS application. Having Bluetooth isn't enough. You need to have:
1) Support the Bluetooth Serial Profile. This device doesn't support the BT serial profile. It supports HFP, A2DP, AVRCP, & FTP.
2) Have mapping software support. Who in the world would write software and support maps of Europe, Asia, & N. America for a player with a small market. Mobile phones...yes. The iphone...sure. PDAs...of course. The P2, no. You'll probably see GPS support for the ipod before you see it for the P2 or it's succesors because it has a much larger user base. Even then, you'll need enough takers to make it worth a vendor's time. Many people who need GPS will more likely buy a device with a larger screen or get it in a phone.
