Just got this thing for using with podcasts and videos. $30 is a bit much, but on the other hand you get something that runs off the players power and that fits 100%, for me thats worth it. It's very nice, not very loud but thats expected. Works great for video and such, its not tinny like a lot of speakers that size but you hear crackling if you max out the volume. I use it with volume 20 or so though so its all fine

looks good. Do you think it's compatible w/the A72X/82X series?
Edit: Checked SonyStyle and it's fully compatible w/my player. Cool!!!

Nice. I saw one at the Sony store the other day and I though about picking one up since I had a gift certificate. I ended up not getting one since I figured I really wouldn't use it that often. Glad to hear it works ok though!

sonys got some insane profit margin on that little speaker. probably a couple 100%Xcost profit. |
