samsung media studio
I read about people using Samsung Media Studio. How does this program compare to WMP. Is it freely available (web search of samsung.com didn't turn up anything)? Maybe I need to pretend I have a particular product and goto its download section? Can the program convert betweem mp3 and wma or at least downgrade my 192 mp3s to 128kbps?
I'd prefer to use Media Monkey but there is a bug in either the program or YPZ5 firmware where artist and album folders are not removed when albums/songs are removed from the sync list (the actual files are removed). Is this bug with SMS also? Thanks for any comments/info.

I use Samsung Media Studio all the way, I got as free software with the player itself.
I don't think you can convert wma to mp3 or decrease from 192Kb to 128Kb, but there do exist other programs for that. The bug about not deleting the album folder doesn't occur with SMS though. But I haven't found out yet how to put Album Art on the player via Samsung Media Studio, this may be very easy, but it doesn't look like that to me. If you want to know more, ask me
