So I opened up my Z5 one day, to see what it looked like. (Huge battery lol) Anyway... I notice the IC (intergrated chip) in there that it uses for memory. (The 4 gig flash IC) I've noticed the same IC in an iPod Nano.
Also, in the Z5 right above the Memory IC I saw the sam arrangement for what looks like annother IC. Could I solder the iPod's memory IC into my Z5, there for having 8 gigs intead of 4? Cuz 4 gigs isnt enough. And I've been thinking or getting a new player to get more room and video support. Granted, it still won't have video, but it wil have 8 gigs ![]() So in short.... Could I add more memory into the Z5 by soldering annother memory IC into it? Thanks! |
