Default Best file organizer/renamer/manipulator

I have about 24gb or perhaps 50gb (if its easy enough) of music that I seriously need to reorganize, plus 34 artists I currently have in line to audition that I heard this week... I need to edit all the file names, create folders based on album, and transfer these files into those folders. They have perfect tags... I just want them perfectly folder-ed!

What do you guys use for file manipulation? Any input is much appreciated, I tried seven different applications and decided that it would be well, well worth my time to ask

Surprised this hasn't been asked here yet...

Thanks for your time guys

Total Commander. I use it every day for file manipulation. Tag multiple files, batch operations, multiple file renames, plugins for advanced stuff, including an MTP plugin that works great with my Zen V Plus.

A great piece of programming.

EDIT: I think there may also be a tag editing plugin for TC.
