I can't change the volume to high

I bought o Sansa Clip+ for my daughter and I would like to change the volume from middle to high, but I can't find the option in the system list.
I have one additional player which is working correct, in the system options there is the option to change the volume listed. HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP!

Or what is correct way to do a reset?

I've done a reset without any result. The word "Lautstärke or volume" is still missing in the settings.

What language and region did you pick in the dialogue after the rest?

PICK ANY REGION EXCEPT EUROPE.

Your problem should be fixed. If it doesn't please determine the version of firmware that the player is using.

I've maximum volume.
