Use Samsung Media Studio, freely available from Samsung's website.

You could also try using MediaCoder

Just make your frame size 320x240 and use xvid as the video codec.

I used MediaCoder as suggested. Saved the file with a .svi extension. But when I try to copy it to the player, I get a "not supported" error (I am using MTP, not UMS). Also, EmoDio does not seem to recognize it when I try to load it there. If I change the extension to .avi, it does.

Default Codec problem

i had similar unsupproted problems with EmoDio so i tried to install their recommeded codec pack (the one prompted from the convert to .svi window) which may have helped aliens but not me. so i downloaded k-lite codec pack from (google it if you have to) i had no troubles from there. make sure on installation of the expanded codec pack that you tick the appropriate boxes of the types of files you wish supported.
