Constantly crashing when playing videos.

Hey y'all.

Very informative site, learnt a lot.

Have had my Sansa e260 for a year and a bit now and havn't used it loads due to having mp3's on phone and having that with me all the time.

Just started to want to watch more videos on it, so I gave it a go. I used the firmware updater to make sure I had the latest version and then used media converter. After restarting PC a few times, the converter worked and there were no "failed for unknown reasons." All of the video files were finally on the player!

I go to watch the videos and all of them will play for a bit, and then all the time, within about 1 minute at varying points they will stop. The screen goes odd and lines appear on it. Then the Sansa logo appears and the player resets!

What can I do! How can I watch these videos that took sooooooooooo long to get on the player!
