I have a T10 and have no problems syncing music through Media Player 11. I have a Net Library account and supposedly this device works with audiobooks from there- which are time stamped. But when I try to sync an audiobook to the T10 using Media Player, I get this error: "It is not possible to sync because this device's internal clock is not set correctly. To set the clock, select the option to set the device clock on the Privacy tab of the Options dialog box, connect to the Internet, and then sync the device again. For additional assistance, click Web Help."
I followed the steps to have the computer set the device clock and resync but get the same error. This same problem occurs after reformatting the device and trying a different computer. Any suggestions for how to make this sync work? It's a main reason I bought this particular player. Everything else works fine. Thanks! |
