Default tiny headphone jack speaker?

I've been very impressed with the Insignia Pilot so far, but the one thing it lacks that I found very convenient with a couple of these "MP4" players from China was that they had a little built-in speaker. I'm not listening to music through this, but if I've got a video that I want to show someone, it's a lot easier than having to let them put on my headphones, and then I'm not hearing it when they're hearing it (unless they have their own pair since at least the Pilot has two jacks).

Anyway, does anyone make a tiny little speaker (or pair of speakers for stereo) that just plugs into the headphone jack of any player and sits on top of the player? I've seen a few made for the iPods that are quite large (or at least wide, since the iPods are), but I'm thinking of something that would basically be a couple of earbuds put in a small housing with a plug sticking out. Maybe something that uses a little laser pointer-type "pill" battery?
