Default Contact support

I can start with my problem. I bought a refurbished 605 wifi 80gig from ebay two weeks ago. Today when I tried to register my produkt to buy some widgets. I got a message saying my product key has already been registered. And now I cant buy anything. Any ideas what to do?

Then I tried to find an email adress to Archos support. But I need a support passcode to contact them. Where do I get one?

You can do one of two things either ask the person you bought the Archos from to de register it or you can ring Archos direct and ask them to do it for you. If you are in the UK then the number is:- 0207 949 0115

I actually spoke with an Archos Tech Rep a few minutes ago and asked that same question. He said that it wasn't really required - he said just to call TS on the toll-free number. (He was nice enough and helpful enough that I didn't say, "Well, why the heck is it there then?")

I know there's a way of accessing US toll-free numbers from other countries - but I can't remember the procedure. Sorry.
