C150 can't be formated

It started out as "no text" issue. First solution I read, was just to format the player, but windows fails to do it. It is unable to do fast format and normal format. Also it doesn't matter if I try to set file system to FAT or FAT32. Of course I tried to do the format in MTC mode.

Then I tried to update the firmware using this:

I did as told in the readme and updater told me it failed. In log I can see, it failed after trying to format it.

Now what should I do? Only thing that comes to my mind, is to try some 'stronger' formatting tool than windows has. Maybe some linux tools can give me some info with error message or smth.
