Exclamation Keypad SINKED!

My sansa express keypad eventually sinked while i am going to celebrate its one year aniversary.

Am i pressing too hard?
Anyone is in the same boat?

Does Sandisk provides warranty for this?

What do you mean with "sinked" ? Is it under your players skin ? I mean did it go down deeper into the player ? If so, warranty should cover it but not sure if they would because they would consider it's your own mistake. How long do you still have warranty on it ?

Well then, I'd say try and go to the store. Try to get the seemingly most friendly guy (or perhaps, the one that knows you best) and tell them calmly that you did nothing wrong but this problem is something seriousely annoying for you. They'll prolly send it in and fix/replace.
